OEM Manufacturing
Custom sanitary fittings and stainless steel components based on drawings, samples and project requirements.
OEM & Custom Manufacturing
From drawings to finished sanitary pipe fittings with reliable quality, flexible production and global export support.
Custom Capabilities
Custom projects are reviewed by geometry, material, connection method, finish, tolerance and application. Capabilities are presented as practical project support rather than unsupported factory claims.
Custom sanitary fittings and stainless steel components based on drawings, samples and project requirements.
Machined adapters, ferrules, threaded parts, brackets and special connection components.
CNC processing can be reviewed for parts that require controlled dimensions and repeatable geometry.
Welded stainless steel assemblies can be discussed according to drawing, application and inspection needs.
Mechanical polish and mirror polish options can be reviewed for sanitary and visual requirements.
Electropolish requirements can be discussed when the application requires improved cleanability or surface condition.
Part marking, batch identification or neutral marking can be reviewed according to project requirements.
Passivation and other surface treatment requirements can be confirmed before quotation.
Small assemblies and export packing are arranged according to part geometry, finish sensitivity and shipment needs.
Technical RFQ Inputs
Complete technical input helps reduce quotation errors and speeds up communication between procurement, engineering and production teams.
| RFQ Item | Recommended Detail | Why It Matters |
|---|---|---|
| Drawing or sample | PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP, STP, sample photos or sample part | Defines geometry, dimensions and manufacturing route. |
| Material | SS304, SS316L or required stainless steel grade | Affects corrosion resistance, polishing and cost. |
| Connection | Clamp, weld, thread, hose, flange or special connection | Determines compatibility with existing equipment. |
| Surface finish | Polished, brushed, passivated, Ra requirement if available | Important for hygienic use and visual inspection. |
| Quantity | Sample quantity, trial order and expected mass production quantity | Helps quote tooling, process and unit cost properly. |
| Application | Food, dairy, beverage, brewery, pharmaceutical, cosmetic or OEM equipment | Helps confirm finish, packing and quality requirements. |
OEM Process
Custom parts are quoted after reviewing the drawing, sample, material, surface finish, expected quantity and packing requirements. For new parts, sample confirmation can be arranged before mass production.
Quality Control
Inspection focuses on material, dimensions, surface condition, welding details, final appearance and packing protection. Material traceability can be discussed when applicable to the project.
Material grade and incoming requirements are checked before processing or production release.
Critical dimensions, connection details and drawing requirements are reviewed during production.
Visible finish, polishing condition and surface requirements are checked before packing.
Welded assemblies can be reviewed for visual condition and drawing conformity when welding is involved.
Final part condition, quantity and project requirements are checked before shipment arrangement.
Packing protection is reviewed according to part geometry, polished surfaces and export delivery needs.
Typical Custom Parts
Connection conversion, tube-end adapters, threaded adapters and special fitting connections.
Non-standard ferrule lengths, thread details, weld ends and equipment-specific ferrules.
Custom support brackets, rubber-lined holders, adjustable holders and mounting parts.
Small stainless assemblies based on drawing and sample requirements.
Replacement components developed from sample photos, sample parts or measured dimensions.
Custom sanitary components for equipment builders, contractors and project maintenance teams.
